A Ukrainian Polish Parliament?

The expression 'Polish parliament' originates in the Polish parliamentary system from mid 17th century to late 18th century, when every member of the parliament had absolute veto, which of course resulted in a complete chaos. So when Polish politicians find amusement in the voting system of the Ukrainian parliament anno 2011, what should we call that? Ironic?
