The journalist Roman Vintoniv is definitely on top of my Man of the Year-list. Finally, someone has showed Ukrainian parliamentarians the respect they deserve. As Roman told Ukrainska Pravda: "If the Verhovna Rada is turning into a circus, then this needs to be officially acknowledged and people need to dress appropriately".
